(05.ii.16) Exciting news of upcoming gigs ... Fri 18 March, De Koffie Pot, Hereford Mon 30 May, How The Light Gets In Festival, Hay-on-Wye Sat 11 & Sun 12 June. The Garden Festival, Hellens Manor (15.i.16) We're busy finalising some gigs for the next few months. Due to Pa's accident, which resulted in a broken collarbone, we won't be playing at De Koffie Pot in Hereford for a few weeks, but hopefully before the end of February. And it looks like we'll be playing a couple of sets on 30 May (Bank Holiday Monday) at the How The Light Gets In festival in Hay. More news when things are firmed up. (02.i.16) New Year Update: We had a fabulous night at the Llanwarne NYE party - ended up in the middle of the audience, surrounded by lovely people, due to PA problems. Nice and cosy. On New Year's Day we had an amazing afternoon at Petra's, our sister, house...walking on the hills, impromptu singing in church, eating, drinking and finally playing with the extended Fordson family in the front parlour. We were joined by uncles Ben and John on guitar and accordion, cousin Laurie on fiddle and brother Alastair on guitar. On top of that Pa's brother Jim said that Great Grandpa George may want to come and sing with us sometime soon! Happy New Year to all Fordsons and friends everywhere. Looking forward to playing at The Coach House In Hereford later this month - look out for details.

Delighted to announce that we'll be back at the Knighton Community Market on Saturday 19 December. (19.xi.15) Old Jimmy Sutton; Smiths Reel; Ragtime Annie; Swing Low Sweet Chariot; Ain't No Grave; Keep on the Sunny Side -- all on The Fordsons ever expanding set list as of today. (26.viii.15) Summer break over for us, but getting new material together over the next week or two for September and October shows (see Forthcoming Shows link above for details). And take a look at our nice new photos from the Bacton BBQ and Arkstone Mill gigs on the Pics page. (17.vi.15) Confirmed dates for Arkstone Mill Open Day - Saturday 4 July, music from 3.30pm & Bacton Barbecue on Fri 31 July - more details to follow (18.v.15) Next confirmed stop for The Fordsons train is at the Castle Inn, Knucklas on 18 June as part of 'Folk Down The Track'. We'll be there from 7.30 to meet and play for the regular train full of music lovers from Ludlow and anyone else who can come along. And in other news we're going to be playing at the Arkstone Mill Farm Open Day in late June - watch this space for details. (20.ii.15)

After being quiet for too long we can announce that the new line-up is coming out to play ... a couple of 'soft launch' gigs coming up. Firstly this coming Sunday (6 July) at the Steiner Academy Hereford Summer Fair and the following week at a private party. Then hope to be doing the rounds and bringing the word to the world soon after that
